Youth Dance
The performing arts is a fantastic way to encourage creativity and to explore movement! Students will showcase routines during an end of season performance! Some of the benefits of this 12-week dance program include:

Dates:
Early registration: August 12 – August 24 *Price increases $10 after early registration
Regular registration: August 25 – September 7
Dance classes begin the week of September 3
End of Season Recital: Friday, December 6, 2024
Dress Code: Varies by class, please see class page for more info. Child’s hair must be up and out of their face for every class.
A costume fee is required at the time of registration, so each dancer will get a costume at the end of the season to wear for the recital.
Single class costume fee: $20
Two classes costume fee: $40
Three classes costume fee: $60
Age control date: September 3, 2024
Ballet I
Tuesdays 5:30-5:55 PM Age: 5-7 Members: $135 • Non-Members: $185
A 25 minute class that focusing on developing ballet skills that include barre and floor work with a focus on developing posture, flexibility, and coordination.
Shoes: pink canvas ballet slippers
*Can combine with Tap I and/or Tumble
Dress Code: Black or pink leotard, ballet pink tights, pink canvas ballet slippers
Boys: Fitted T-Shirt, black spandex shorts or athletic tights, white canvas ballet slippers
*The costume fee will be $20 for a single class, so each dancer will get a costume at the end of the season to wear for the recital.

Pre Ballet

A 25 minute ballet class that focuses on the fundamentals of ballet using creative movement, imaginative play, and essential ballet skills.

Tiny Tap

Tumble

A 25 minute class focusing on locomotor skills, coordinated movements, and tumble techniques on the mat.
No shoes, barefoot with convertible tights
*Can combine with Ballet and/or Tap
Dress Code: Black or pink leotard, convertible ballet pink tights
Boys: Fitted T-Shirt, black spandex shorts or athletic tights
