Maintain Don't Gain
Are you worried holiday weight will weigh you down? This holiday season join our Holiday Trimmings Challenge to maintain and not gain weight during the holidays. Rather than focusing on weight loss, this 6 week challenge will provide participants with nutrition information, courtesy of a nutritionist to help keep you on track. To help maintain your weight try one of our many fitness classes or hire on of our Certified Personal Trainers.
Must be 18 years or older to participate.
Must weigh in with a Wellness Staff Member.
Weigh In: week of November 18
Weigh Out: week of December 30
